Hungerford Neighbourhood Plan Referendum will take place on Thursday 27 November 2025. Further details about the referendum are available at: https://westberks.gov.uk/hungerfordnp.

The question that will be asked at the referendum is:

"Do you want West Berkshire District Council to use the neighbourhood plan for Hungerford to help it decide planning applications in the neighbourhood area?"

Only those who are registered to vote within Hungerford Parish will be eligible to take part in the referendum. If you are not yet registered and wish to do so, please visit: https://westberks.gov.uk/register-to-vote for further information.

Should more than 50% of voters choose 'yes', the Hungerford NDP will be formally adopted as part of the development plan for West Berkshire and used to help determine planning applications in Hungerford Parish.
